Board-certified emergency physicians and specially trained emergency nurses provide care for close to 70,000 patients a year, 24 hours a day, in our state-of-the-art facility. Our Emergency Department is the second-busiest in Mecklenburg County, providing exceptional, compassionate care to children and adults.

Our monitored treatment rooms include critical care rooms used for treating such conditions as cardiac, respiratory, orthopaedic and pediatric emergencies.
